Course Description

Is a four year degree program in the Philippines that deals with the study of social units such as families and communities, the various issues that affect them and how social work can help improve if not immediately resolve these conditions.

Pursuing this degree will help you learn about the structure of Philippine society, the history of poverty and underdevelopment in the country and the struggles of underrepresented groups such as people with disabilities, people from conflict-afflicted communities, members of the third sex and people from native tribes among others.
